UNPACKING THE PAST: TRAUMA AND GENDER EQUALITY

This module has three steps, which are outlined below. Please follow them one by one. When you feel that you have finished all steps, you will have completed the module.

Step 1: Visualise

Reflect on your formative years and consider how childhood trauma and early beliefs about gender shaped your views.

Step 2: Exercise 

Map out your timeline and identify moments that influenced your perceptions of gender roles and equality. 

Step 3: Journal 

Write down how your history (if at all) of trauma or upbringing shaped your understanding of gender equality and what beliefs you have internalised that may need unlearning.
